  • Overview of the technical innovations
  • Hydraulic and pneumatic system, water supply and cooling unit as well as steam supply and condensate drainage
  • Basics of commissioning, switching on and starting up, setting of the change-over
  • strip module, strip change, bearing and roll change
  • gluing unit, adjustment work, change of glue application roll and doctor roll, pressure cylinder, force measuring system, cooling apron and seals
  • Change of corrugated roll, swivel motors, clutch latch system and main drive
  • Safety concept, maintenance, lubrication, cleaning and troubleshooting

  Voraussetzung / preconditions

  Basic knowledge of corrugator mechanics and electrics, basic function Single Facer, corrugating rolls, basics of steam supply and process engineering

  Zertifikat / certificate

  The participants receive a certificate.

  Zielsetzung / aim

  Participants receive a sound knowledge about the Single Facer generation 473. Accordingly, they are able to adequately install this new technology on the market, to start it up and to analyze possible malfunctions inside and in the environment of the machines for mechanical and electrical reasons and find corrective measures.
