Double Facer group (Overview)

• The participants will get a general overview of the design, function, machines and components as well as essential correlations and adjustments in the areas of electrics resp. mechanics in the different machine versions.

  Kursinhalte / contents

  • Reel stand, roll supplies, alignment station
  • Splicer and options
  • Preheater and preconditioner, automatic wrap control
  • Double Facer (all versions) including loading systems, DF-belts (belt tension and belt guide)
  • Hot plates with steam supply, condensate return in the different pressure stages
  • Glue application system in BHS glue units
  • Rough overview of the electrical systems and their interaction in the production process (sensors, PLC, drive and network technology)
  • Electrical and mechanical adjustment work on the individual machines / components in theory and practice

  Voraussetzung / preconditions

  Completed occupational training or higher qualification (industry master, bachelor, master)

  Zertifikat / certificate

  The participants receive a certificate.
