  • Influencing factors for a high product quality
  • Flatness and bonding faults, their cause-effect-relations
  • Views of the systems, steam supply / condensate removal
  • Temperature profiles from the view of process engineering (Dos and Don’ts)
  • Methods for fault detection, troubleshooting for flatness, surface faults and bonding problems
  • Random samples, laboratory trials, case studies

  Voraussetzung / preconditions

  General knowledge about corrugated board, Wet-End and Dry-End, steam systems, corrugated board adhesives and paper
